B&B Growing Promoters Pvt. Ltd. is a part of B&B Growing Group that was incorporated in 1994 with the sole purpose of providing services in the field of construction. The driving force of the company is its Managing Director, Mr. Balbir Singh Chawla who is a qualified Civil Engineer and an MBA with an experience of more than 14 years and supported by Mrs Parminder Kaur Chawla (Director) a Post Graduate By Qualification and an Interior Designer by Profession, Mr. Parambir Singh (Director Technical) also a Civil Engineer by qualification. The Company Has a Strong Team of highly qualified executives and professionals in the middle management and operations of the company.


The Company In The year of its incorporation did a turnover of approximately 6 Crores .In the second year of its Operations it repeated its performance and achieved turnover of more than 6 Crores . In the current year the company’s order book is already of 13 crores with projects to be finished in next six months . The company has added new clients such as FEDDERS  LLOYD CORPORATION LIMITED , PSL Limited , NHK SPRINGS INDIA LIMITED , MANI MAHESH STEELS LIMITED ,ASSOCIATED APPLIANCES LIMITED , ANSA BRAKES etc.


The company is in the field of Real Estate Development and Construction of Industrial, Residential, Commercial and Office Buildings .


The Company started from providing specialized solutions for Industrial floorings. Following the process of upward integration the company went into Providing VDF (Tri Mix Flooring) solutions to Industries. The obvious next step was to expand into the field of Hard Core Construction Activity.


The Company diversified into Real  Estate development and Construction . Some of the Real Estate  Projects completed by the company are listed below, also  in a short span of less than three years the company has already completed Fifteen  Major Projects ,developing a total area of more than 37 Acres in Greater Noida and Sitarganj ( Uttarakhand ) and Maneser.The list of the projects both ongoing and completed are listed as below.





Setting up of premises for ANG Auto Ltd. At Udyog Vihar  Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh with a shop area of 40,000 sq ft. approx. Overall project costing was more than Rs. 2 crores.( Completed )







Premises for Bosch Chassis System (India) Limited with an approx area of 35000sqft. Of shop floor 6000 sq ft of Office Space.





The Project included Complete Plumbing and sanitary System ,ETP etc .Total Plot Area was 2.5 Acres .Total Estimated Project Cost is around 2.0 Crores.( A Green Field Project ) ( Completed )





Setting up of Truck Trailer Facility for ANG AUTO LTD. In an area of 15 Acres comprising of 22000 sq ft. of  Housing facility ,10000 sq ft of Office Buildings and 2.5 lac sq ft of Shop Floor






The project also includes 2.5 Km of concrete Roads, Complete Sewage and Sanitary System , Fire Fighting System ,One Km long Boundary Wall , A forty ton Weigh Bridge etc. The Total Project Cost is Estimated to be Rs.15 Crore . Phase I and Phase II completed ,Phase III (ONGOING ) ( A Green Field Project )




Setting up of Press Shop and A Paint Shop Facility for M/S Automotive Stampings (P) Ltd. At an Estimated Cost of Rs. 2 Crore. The Area developed is around 2.5 Acres. The Project Includes a 10000 sqft Office cum  Guest House Building ,45000 sqft of Shop Floor , Sewage and Sanitary System etc.( A Green Field Project ).( Completed )





Construction and Renovation of Export Unit of ANG Exports Ltd. At SEZ Noida. Consisting   of 15000 sqft. Shop floor area complete with Epoxy Coating etc  , 6000 sqft of Ofiice Area complete with office Interiors ,Renovation of Façade .





Housing Colony for ANG Auto Limited comprising of One BHK and Two BHK units Total Covered Area of 22000 Sqft. With All modern amenities .









The Project  Included development of  Colony Roads ,Green Areas , Water Supply , Sewage System , Rain Water Harvesting System etc. ( COMPLETED )






Extension of existing Facility of BOSCH CHASSIS INDIA LIMITED at Manesar With shop area of 40000 sqft and Utility area of 4000 sqft. With Concrete roads of 8 ton axle load drainage etc complete. Approximate Project Cost of 2.5 Crores.






Housing Facility for Automotive Stampings having Covered Area of Around 10000 Sqft. Including development work ie Water Supply , Sewage System , Roads etc.






Setting up of Cutting and Bending Facility for Steel Sheets for M/S Mani Mahesh Steels Limited . At an Estimated Cost of Rs. 1.5 Crores. The Area developed is around 1.0 Acres. The Project Includes a 26000 sqft Shop Floor , 500 Sqft of Office c Building ,12000 sqft of Road Work in RCC ( TRIMIX )  , Sewage and Sanitary System etc.( On Going )


Setting Up of Shop Facility for NHK SPRINGS INDIA LIMITED ( A Japanese Company ) , Manesar. This is a DESIGN and BUILD Project , the company is involved in Architectural  and  structural design of this facility , it’s a turnkey project where we are doing all the aspects of the project like supply and erection  of PEB , Civil Works , Electrical Works etc. The Total Value of the project is around 4 crores. Setting up of Shop Facility for PSL Engineering Limited ( A LLOyds Group Company ) at an estimated cost of 3.5 crores ,The area developed is around four acres. The project includes 6000 sqm of PEB structure and 1200 sqm of RCC building for Administrative purposes , other allied structures like utility block , toilet blocks etc.(Ongoing

Specilaised Workshop Floors For Mahindra & Mahindra for its  Scorpio ( SUV ) range of cars all over north of India.

Workshops floors for TVS all over North Of India.

Besides Our Contracts Business we have diversified into real estate development .Few Projects that we have already undertaken and construction has started are listed as follows.

  1. Six  HIG Flats of 2200 sqft each, Four BHK Units in Green Fields Colony Faridabad, Haryana. approximate Cost 2.4 Crores. Covered Area of 14200 sqft.


  1. 12 MIG Flats of 1600 Sqft, Three BHK Unit in Green Fields Colony Faridabad, Haryana. Approximate Cost Rs. 4.2 Crores. Covered Area of 19200 sqft. Each  at an estimated cost of around 50 lacs.



  1. Construction of 120 flats in an area of 2.20 acres at Bammanpuri , SIDCUL – Sitarganj Road . Sitarganj , US Nagar , Uttarakhand.Estimated Cost of project Rs.14.4 Crores ( Proposed )


  1. Construction of a 80 room Economy Hotel on Kichha Khatima Highway NH 74 , Sitarganj , Uttarakhand. Estimated cost of project Rs. 4.2 Crores.( Proposed )


  1. Construction and development of a Warehousing Complex over an area of 5.16 Acres At Kiccha , US Nagar , Uttarakhand .Estimated Project  Cost  of  Rs. 12 crores.


We also now are a registered Habitat Developer in the state of Uttarakhand.

The focus is to develop residential apartments and villas to reduce the scarcity of the flats to some extent in that area.





The Company has also acquired 70 Acres of Land near Mumbai in Karjat District. We plan to develop a farm House complex in very near future after obtaining all the necessary permissions.

Above all, The cliental list of company includes very well known groups like Escorts, Whirlphool , Honda Siel ,Delhi Metro Rail Corporation etc.
